Makeup Artistry in Oregon

Professional makeup artists do not need a cosmetology license to work in Oregon.

This wasn’t always the case, but founder Celena initiated Senate bills that removed the unnecessary restrictions and expanded their ability to charge for temporary hair styling
It’s one of the many reasons that Oregon is a popular choice for creative professionals, including those working in film.
