Emily & Brian Owendoff are looking for Day of the Dead makeup for a Saturday night party (11/2). They would like 2 makeup applications with a budget of $200 total (open to negotiation based on skill).  They are located in Forest Heights, NW Portland but they are open to traveling to you and would like to have their makeup done in the afternoon or later.
